Key outcomes of the role

• Conduct research to understand target demographics, market trends, and competition
• Purchase ad space while adhering to campaign objectives
• Monitor and manage the advertising performance for each campaign
• Optimise spending to maximize the return on investment
• Create high-performing media for campaigns
• Verify that ad content complies with industry regulations and standards
• Analyse campaign performance data to assess the effectiveness of media placements
• Make data-driven decisions for adjustments and improvements
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging media platforms, and changes in consumer behaviour to adapt media strategies accordingly

About you

• Bring demonstrable experience in buying, advertising, or marketing

Experience and skills that will help you succeed

• A proven track record of being a successful media buyer, specifically focusing on Facebook Ads
• Strong record of managing and scaling profitable campaigns with significant spend ($10k+ month budgets)
• Previous experience in Search Arbitrage, Social Media Marketing, Native Advertising, E-commerce, Lead Generation and Affiliate Marketing
• Expert-level knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
• Proficient in campaign setup, A/B testing, bid strategies, and conversion tracking
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel
