Warehouse Operative - Team Jobs
Team Jobs is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse in Fareham (FA14) starting Monday 6th July. Own transport is required due to shift times and location.
- Shift Times
- 6:00am - 2:00pm – Saturday to Wednesday (Rest days Thursday & Friday)
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm – Saturday to Wednesday (Rest days Thursday & Friday)
- 10:00pm - 6:00am – Monday to Friday
- Pay Rates
- £13.78 per hour – standard shift
- £15.85 per hour – 15% shift allowance between 6pm - 10pm
- £17.23 per hour – 25% shift allowance between 10pm - 6am
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders
- Loading and unloading vehicles (de-kit)
- Baling cardboard and recycling materials
- Supporting the warehouse operation with indirect tasks
- General warehouse duties
- Heavy lifting required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
- Reliable with a positive attitude
- Comfortable with manual handling
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
