We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support and lead the delivery of large-scale, complex projects in the South West England region. About The Role

As a Project Manager, you will provide high-level project management support and advisory services to operating departments. Your responsibilities will include overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and schedule targets, and proactively developing client relationships to drive future business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the planning, quotation, execution, and close-out of complex or strategic projects.
  • Monitor and report revenue and margin forecasts for all ongoing projects.
  • Participate in bid meetings to ensure compliance and profitability of proposed contracts.
  • Work closely with district and service line teams to coordinate personnel and equipment.
  • Promote and enforce safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and submit final project reports, ensuring prompt invoicing and feedback collection.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in project management, ideally in the nuclear or energy sector.
  • A formal qualification in PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management methodology.
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ECSA / NEC contracts and CDM site operations is desirable.
  • Adaptable, motivated, and results-driven.
