- Principal Accountabilities
- Review and analyse customer information to identify opportunities for growth.
- Re‑establish connections with lapsed customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with current clients.

- Generate and qualify leads, ensuring a strong pipeline for the sales and operations team.
- Confidently delegate opportunities to the operations team for follow‑up and delivery.
- Work in collaboration with our commercial support department.
- Accurately input and maintain customer contact details and activity records in our CRM system.
- Communicate effectively with people at all levels and across a range of industries.
- Support market presence by attending industry networking events, site meetings and plant visits.
Skills And Knowledge Required
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with internal and external customers.
- Commercially minded, proactive and motivated to uncover new business opportunities.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across technical and senior roles within industrial settings.
- Organised and detail‑oriented, with excellent accuracy in data entry.
- Comfortable delegating tasks and working collaboratively with operational teams.

- Working Conditions
Significant weekly travel across North East and Yorkshire visiting customers, ensuring visibility in the Teeside Industrial cluster, Humber region and Yorkshire industrial corridor.
Occasional travel to other TEAM locations.
