This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with at least 5 years of experience to provide exceptional support to senior executives and help drive the success of the business., * Calendar Management: Organise and manage schedules for high-level executives.

  • Meeting Preparation: Assist with preparing agendas, documents, and materials for meetings.

  • Email and Documentation: Respond to emails and manage document requests on behalf of executives.

  • Presentations and Reports: Draft slides, meeting notes, and other documentation as required.

  • Point of Contact: Act as the first point of contact for all executive-related matters.

  • Office Management: Oversee the daily running of the office.

  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the director with additional tasks as needed.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
