Role Responsibilities
- Finding and qualifying candidates using all the tools and resources provided
- Posting job ads
- Building a candidate database
- Arranging candidate interviews, including preparing candidates and collecting feedback
- Working towards the monthly targets and achieving all objectives and targets set out by the team leader or manager
