We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Advisor for our client based in Thamesmead, Erith, and Belvedere borders.
Hours & Rota: Shift patterns include 5 days working out of 7 days (1 day WFH). Working Hours: 8am - 4pm (4 days max in the office), 2pm - 10pm (WFH, one day only Mon‑Fri). Weekend shifts are WFH. Include one full weekend and one Saturday every month.
Responsibilities:
- Take a high volume of inbound calls regarding delivery times, stock requirements, and building facility issues.
- Enter details into the in‑house database to assign operatives within SLA.
- Update clients on works, repairs, and deliveries.
- Liaise with other departments (warehouse/logistics) and business areas for updates.
- Escalate issues to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role: Customer Services, Helpdesk, Engineer coordinator, Facilities, Repairs Coordinator, Maintenance, Client Services, distribution.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and SLAs.
- Can work independently and within a team.
- Good problem‑solving skills, offering solutions and making business‑led decisions.
- Enjoying a customer‑service role, adding value and making a difference.
- Good understanding of IT systems.
- Must be able to work the full shift patterns above.
