Responsibilities
- Raise and prepare quotations in a consistent and compliant format across the Eastern Hemisphere for service and product sales applications using TEAM’s Resource Management System (TRMS) and ensure that submissions are made in a timely manner.
- Compile and document relevant information on the job cost analysis spreadsheet to establish an accurate cost estimate for the Enquiry Owner.
- Manage projected costs and margins in line with Corporate’s Commercial Guidelines and expectations, obtaining the necessary approvals through the sign-off procedure for all quotations.
- Co-ordinate the activity of obtaining inventory costs and/or costs from Manufacturing with support from Engineering (where necessary) to prepare quotations for all product sales enquiries.
- Manage the processing of all Product Sales orders, generating order acknowledgements in line with contract review guidelines and business practice.
- Work with the PSL network, the Districts and Operations to create and prepare client specific bids and proposals which secure stakeholder confidence and support TEAM’s business objectives whilst meeting the client’s expectations.
- Update and maintain the Estimating Group’s Queue on TRMS and conduct follow-ups on any outstanding enquiries/quotations with the Operations.
- Carry out data analysis using multiple data sources and tools to aid future quoting strategies across the Eastern Hemisphere.
- Attend business action meetings with PSL network, the Divisions and Operations teams to record any deviations/assumptions in advance of quotation/bid preparation to ensure that the offer complies with TEAM’s capabilities/policies and meets with the customer’s expectations.
- Complete pre-qualification and supplier/vendor questionnaires ensuring consistent and accurate information is disseminated.
- Update, maintain and be the focal contact in respect of company information for online based subscription activities such as ISNetworld, Achilles FPAL and UVDB.
- Work closely with the Eastern Hemisphere Commercial Team as well as the Product Service Line (PSL) network and the Divisional regions to continually improve the estimating and quoting process.
- Review contract details relevant to the Company’s ability to deliver under the contract in conjunction with PSL network, the Divisions and other support functions such as Engineering and Manufacturing.
- Be flexible and carry out any duties within your skills and capabilities.
- Liaise with customers in an approachable, friendly and helpful manner with thorough follow up.
- Actively promote the Core Values within all work-based activities.
