- Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
- Role Type: Temporary Contract: 3 Month FTC

Principal Accountabilities
- Data Entry & System Maintenance
- Accurately input and maintain data across procurement and fleet management systems
- Update supplier records, including company names, addresses, and bank details
- Ensure all system data is current, consistent, and compliant with internal standards
- Procurement Administration
- Raise purchase orders (POs) in line with company procedures
- Receipt POs upon delivery confirmation, ensuring accurate matching of goods/services
- Maintain organised records of all procurement transactions
- Shipping & Logistics Support
- Prepare, create, and file shipping documentation (e.g. Commercial invoices & packing slips)
- Support the booking of vehicles and transport arrangements as directed by the Procurement Manager
- Fleet & Spreadsheet Management
- Update and maintain fleet spreadsheets, ensuring vehicle data is accurate and up to date
- Track bookings, availability, and utilisation data where required
- Document Control & Filing
- Maintain structured and accessible digital and/or physical filing systems
- Ensure all procurement and shipping documents are stored in line with company policies
- Support audit readiness by ensuring documentation is complete and traceable
Skills And Knowledge Required
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using computer systems and databases; able to learn new systems quickly
- Experience working with spreadsheets (e.g. data entry, basic formulas, maintaining structured datasets)
- Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently when handling repetitive or high-volume administrative tasks
- Good time-management skills, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Understanding of procurement or logistics processes is beneficial but not essential
