Team Horizon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and be accountable for the safe and successful performance and profitable growth of multiple contracts within the Industrial Scaffolding Division. The Operations Manager needs to be an integral and fully contributing member of the management team. This role is based on-site in Frankfurt, Germany. What you will be doing: * Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. * Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you. * Clearly cascade business objectives with associated key performance indicators across the contracts * Ensure all contracts are appropriately organised. * Guarantee all commercial requirements of contracts are successfully completed. * Certify the efficient, accurate and timely reporting of contract performance. * Provide positive leadership across the project, promoting Actavo’s core values, * Communicate internally on a regular basis with the Project Manager. * Ensure that any formal notification, updates or correspondence that could potentially result in any detrimental consequence to any part of the business and or company reputation, from any client or official body, are immediately communicated to the Project Manager. * Make sure that all employees within are performance managed and developed in accordance with procedures to ensure that individuals are compliant for the roles they are undertaking. * Fully contribute towards the overall safe and successful business performance and growth, ensuring full compliance with all company policies, and regulatory requirements as appropriate. What you need to apply: * High level of spoken and written English and German languages. * Minimum of 5 years higher management experience within the scaffolding sector. Project management by experience and/or qualification. * Previous successful P&L accountability and performance within a corporate divisional structure. Significant business development, operational, commercial and financial experience. * Strong experience and awareness of the industrial services market and needs of stakeholders
