We are currently looking for an experienced Mobile Device Repair Technician to join our client's team in Castlebar, Co.

Mayo.

This position is suited to an experienced technician who is already confident carrying out smartphone and tablet repairs independently and to a very high standard.

The role will include

  • i Phone and i Pad repairs, including screens, batteries, charging ports, housings and other component replacements
  • Diagnosing device faults and determining the appropriate repair
  • Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining a consistently high standard
  • Testing and quality checking devices before completion
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised repair workspace
  • Taking proper care when handling customers' devices
  • Travel between regional stores as required
  • Other ad hoc duties as designated

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' professional experience repairing smartphones/tablets
  • Strong experience with i Phone and i Pad repairs
  • Excellent attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
  • Able to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently
  • Clean, tidy and organised approach to repair work
  • Reliable, punctual and professional
  • Able to work efficiently in a busy repair environment
  • Full drivers licence
