We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to expand our Care Team, supporting and helping a 21 year old live his life to the full. We are an established team of 12 providing bespoke care. No experience is necessary, as you will be fully supported (working 3:1) during your paid probationary period.

We have a robust annual leave system supporting our team to have a good work-life balance and this increases with length of service. A full pension scheme is available. Whilst a driving license is required, the individual we support has their own vehicle.

We are a small, personalised organisation and our team can work without the burden of large service bureaucracy. We are able to respond to our person’s choices freely and work adaptively and creatively.
