They are currently seeking a technical designer to provide support to the technical team and customers, ensuring that their clients receive the best solutions for their needs.
As a technical designer, you will be offering in-depth technical guidance on their full range of ventilation solutions. You will be given training and fully supported in your career development - they offer long term progression as they are a multinational manufacturer. This is a hybrid role, both office and home based (3 days a week at home).
Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation.
- Provide Technical Support and advice to customers ensuring accurate and effective solutions are proposed to clients.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of product range.
- Address technical queries from clients, customer service team and sales team, providing prompt and reliable advice.
- You don't need previous work experience but you will need a background or qualification in engineering, architecture, construction or a related field.
- Experience or knowledge of CAD design.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
