The Role:
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for the UK organisation.
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Actively supporting the Global Talent Acquisition team on international recruitment projects.
Providing day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employees
Supporting employee relations and helping maintain a positive workplace culture
