You'll be managing the HR function for the UK team whilst working with colleagues on international projects.
The Role
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for the UK organisation.
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Actively supporting the Global Talent Acquisition team on international recruitment projects.
- Providing day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employees
- Supporting employee relations and helping maintain a positive workplace culture
- Driving employee engagement, development and retention initiatives
- Ensuring HR policies and practices remain compliant with UK employment legislation
- Working with international HR colleagues on wider people projects and initiatives
What we're looking for
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5 years' HR experience, ideally including a strong recruitment or talent acquisition background
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- A proactive, organised and hands-on approach
- Flexibility to undertake occasional international travel
