Previous specification experience is not required . We're looking for someone with the ability to build relationships, identify opportunities and manage projects through to completion. If you've sold products or services into construction, housing, contractors, merchants, wholesalers or related sectors, we'd be keen to hear from you.
You'll be responsible for developing relationships with key stakeholders involved in residential and social housing projects, securing product specifications and managing projects through the sales cycle. Full training will be provided on the products, market and specification process.
This is a genuinely rare opportunity to move into specification sales without needing previous specification experience. The business has an established reputation, a high-quality product range and a proven track record of developing successful sales professionals.
