We're working with a successful and growing business that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Field Service Engineer to support customers across the UK. This is a varied, autonomous role where you'll be responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining specialist equipment at customer sites while providing an outstanding customer experience.

The Role

As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for the installation, commissioning and servicing of specialist equipment at customer locations throughout the UK. You'll carry out planned maintenance, diagnose faults, complete installations, undertake site surveys and ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard. You'll also play an important role in supporting junior engineers, organising maintenance schedules and planning. As the face of the business, you'll be trusted to deliver a professional service at every visit. The role involves regular UK travel with regular overnight stays, along with occasional evening or weekend work to meet customer needs.

  • Experience in a field service, installation or maintenance engineering role.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Experience working safely at height.
  • Good IT skills and confidence completing electronic reports.
  • A full UK driving licence.
