We're recruiting a Senior Service Engineer to become a key member of a friendly, growing engineering team within a successful, growing ventilation company.
This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced Service Manager, take ownership of projects from start to finish, support and mentor other engineers, and play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You don't need to know about ventilation, they will give you full training, genuine career development and the opportunity to grow into an increasingly senior position within the business.
The role combines nationwide travel, overnight stays and home working.
The
Role: You'll play an important part in delivering installation and service projects across the UK by: Taking ownership of installations from planning through to completion.
Carrying out pre-installation surveys to assess site requirements.
Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are fully prepared.
Coordinating engineers, equipment and access requirements for installations and planned maintenance.
Leading installations on customer sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Supporting, coaching and sharing your knowledge with less experienced engineers.
Building strong relationships with customers and becoming someone they trust and enjoy working with.
What we are looking for: You don't need lots of management experience.
We're looking for someone who is ready to step up.
You might already be: Getting involved in supervising other engineersor apprentices but not necessarily fully responsible Getting involved in organising jobs and coordinating work alongside your engineering responsibilities.
You'll also have: A background in any field engineering role, you couldhave come fromtelecoms, vending machines - any hands on service engineering role.
Full product training will be provided.

The ability to work safely at height.
