This is an exciting role for a proactive HR Manager to lead and deliver all aspects of HR across a dynamic and growing, global manufacturing business. You will be a key member of the senior management team, providing strategic HR insight and guidance with operational and strategic responsibility across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and people development acting as the primary HR contact for all people-related matters across the business.
  • Lead, develop and implement HR strategies, policies and practices to support the UK business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Manage, mentor, and support 2 direct reports: an HR Generalist and a Payroll Assistant.
  • Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and organisational culture initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.

Experience needed:

  • Experience in an HR Manager position with strong generalist HR knowledge and experience across all core areas.
  • Solid knowledge of HRM related processes, responsibilities, procedures and regulations such as disability law, health and safety regulations, common HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery.
  • Strategic and conceptual thinker with a hands-on mentality.
  • Previous experience of SuccessFactors HRIS.
