This is an exciting position with a global, award-winning manufacturer with a very established presence in the UK. They manufacture a range of innovative products that improve air quality in buildings. They keep ahead of the market with product research and development with a focus on sustainability.
The Business Analyst is responsible for analysing business and customer requirements to implement more efficient processes and a smoother customer experience from quotation to order by visualising how customers experience the quotation and system design journey. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to streamline the quotation-to-order workflow, specify the landscape of tools to guide the process digitally and implement and test systems to ensure solutions meet both business and customer needs. You will be based in their head office in Surrey as part of a European team and this role will involve some European travel.
You will need experience within a process analysis role, have the ability to produce structured data and to visualise and simplify complex processes into structured systems that connect customer value, business logic, and technology. They are looking for someone with innovative ideas and strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams. This would suit a recent graduate with some process analysis experience looking for a long term career. Hybrid role based at home 3 days a week.
