This is an exciting position with a global, award-winning manufacturer with a very established presence in the UK. They manufacture a range of innovative HVAC products and keep ahead of the market with product research and development with a focus on sustainability.
Based in their new, sustainable production facility in Maidstone, you will be responsible for driving quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment. The Quality Manufacturing Engineer will ensure that components, tooling, processes, materials and supporting systems consistently meet quality, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements, delivering zero-defect output, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
They are looking for someone with experience of quality management in product manufacturing with a strong knowledge of QMS, Lean/Six Sigma experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset and ambition to join a company that will develop and support your career.
Package: Β£38-42,000 plus 5% Bonus, Private Healthcare, Pension Package
