An established and highly respected manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced Injection Moulding Team Leader to join its production facility in Maidstone. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on injection moulding professional who enjoys leading a team, improving manufacturing processes and driving high standards across safety, quality and production.

You'll be joining a business that continues to invest in its people, technology and manufacturing capability, with a focus on employee well-being and sustainable manufacturing processes.

The Role:

As Team Leader, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the injection moulding department, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and safety. You'll lead a team of technicians, oversee machine set-ups, tool changes and process optimisation, and play a key role in reducing waste, improving efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This is a varied role that combines strong technical knowledge with people leadership.

About You:

You'll need to have significant experience within injection moulding manufacturing and be confident setting machines, optimising processes and solving technical issues. Previous experience leading or supervising a production team is essential, along with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and health & safety.

Package:

£45-48,000 plus 5% Bonus, Private Healthcare, Pension Package
