This is a rare opportunity for an Area Sales Manager or Key Account Manager to join this global manufacturer and be trained to manage Key and National Accounts at head office level. As a National Account Manager, you will be managing a portfolio of construction trade and industrial accounts including trade distributors and a range of manufacturers at head office level.
You will be responsible for managing large, already existing distribution accounts and smaller key accounts within construction and manufacturing markets. This is a worldwide, already established brand that manufactures products that have a wide range of applications across construction, industrial and manufacturing markets. They are growing their UK market share consistently and offer long-term career opportunities by real investment in your development – they will provide mentoring and support to help you grow.
What you will need:
- This will suit someone in an Area Sales or Key Account role looking for the next career step into a national position – they will give you full training.
- You could have been in a field sales role selling a construction product to merchants/distributors or an industrial product to manufacturers/distributors.
- A strong track record of driving sales growth through strategic prospecting and relationship building.
