TEAM Energy is seeking a Sales Adviser to join our sales team in Milton Keynes. This hybrid role offers a balance of in‑office and remote work, with two days a week in our Milton Keynes office and three days working from home.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 plus uncapped commission (c£7‑8K). Hours: 37 hours per week. Contract: Permanent.
As a Sales Adviser you will focus on inbound leads and new business opportunities using phone and Microsoft Teams. Your primary mission is to qualify incoming inquiries, conduct discovery calls, deliver quotes and convert leads into satisfied customers. You will also proactively reach out to lapsed accounts to reignite interest.

Working Arrangement & Environment: Hybrid work: Two days a week in the Milton Keynes office (typically Tuesdays and Wednesdays, subject to team scheduling) and three days working from home. On remote days you are expected to maintain the same professionalism and productivity as in the office.
Requirements:
- GCSE grade 4 and above in English and Maths
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Self‑starter with excellent communication skills at all levels
- Strong organisational skills and a customer‑centric approach to sales
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word products and CRM tools
- Willing to work remotely as well as in the office under a hybrid arrangement
