Senior Residential Support Worker in Yatton

Children\’s Senior Support Worker Yatton Start ASAP Team Healthcare are working closely with a service in the North Somerset region who are looking for Support Workers on a temp to perm contract. The Role: Working in a residential home for children and young people aged between 8 – 18 who have various learning disabilities. The day to day role is to create a homely and supportive environment where the children can thrive and develop by us supporting them with household tasks and all aspects of care. Requirements: * 12 months experience in a similar setting * co-ordinate and communicate with service users and their families. * Demonstrate a solution focused approach to address problems, individually and in a team setting. * Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent ( preferred but not essential ) would need to complete within first 2 years of role. * Drivers Licence * Comfortable to lead shifts If this sounds like the role for you please call (phone number removed)
