Team Educate are recruiting for passionate teaching assistants who don’t have qualifications but have a desire to work with children. Schools in Bristol are looking for teaching assistants to support their classrooms on a temporary basis, with the opportunity of extending to permanent for the right candidate. The role involves working with pupils on a 1 to 1 basis or a small group supporting their learning, encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.
