Team Educate is partnering with Secondary schools in the Swansea/Carmarthen areas to recruit experienced Teaching Assistants. You will be supporting the class teacher with behaviour management, providing additional instruction, and assisting with classroom activities. You should be able to work closely with pupils to reinforce learning, offer one-on-one support, and ensure a positive learning environment.

As a secondary teaching assistant, you will be working across KS3 and KS4. As well as supporting teachers within the classroom, you would be expected to deliver extra instruction and support various classroom activities. You will collaborate with pupils to reinforce learning, offer personalised support, and assist in preparing materials.
