Team Educate has been asked to recruit SEND Supply Teaching Assistants to work directly with schools in Bristol. This role would be working within the SEND provision on a supply basis, working with experienced SEND teachers to ensure students are supported during the school day and have the best opportunity to learn. You would be expected to provide 1:1 support as well as within a group setting, allowing you to build a great relationship with students.
No prior experience is necessary – we value the right attitude and a passion for helping others. Experience or qualifications in SEND are advantageous, but not essential. We are looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, and motivated to make a real impact on a child's educational journey.
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will benefit from:

- A competitive day rate of £90 to £110 per day (experience depending)

- Team Educate also offers the opportunity to complete Level 1 Team Teach
- Team Educate also offers Makaton Training
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will require:
- A passion for delivering excellent care
- A valid DBS certificate, or be willing to put a new application through
- A right to work in the UK
- Contactable references covering the last 2 years
