Resource Administrator required for a growing business in Cardiff.

We are currently looking for a Resource Administrator to come and join our team in Cardiff. Your duties as a resourcer will be to support the consultants in a vibrant and energetic office with resourcing and seeking new candidates, helping with compliance and clearance to ensure the employees are cleared for work. Prior experience is desirable but is not essential as full training will be provided.

You will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing suitable candidates (via multiple job boards, marketing and social media)
  • Overseeing the clearance procedure of candidates
  • Ensuring that Team Educate upholds the high standards of safeguarding for their staff and consultants
  • Ensuring Team Educate continues to comply with ASPCo vetting processes

This is a great opportunity to work with a growing company with an amazing office environment. You will be trained by industry experts and shadow an experienced compliance manager who will be able to get you up to speed and teach you everything required, to become a very successful recourse consultant.

We also have a bonus structure for our resource and administrators which is paid subject to candidates cleared and working. We also have excellent progression with the chance to be promoted into a consultant role or account manager, giving you the option to grow and manage or help manage an education desk. Summary of position:

  • Full time position (Monday Friday)
  • GBP22,000 – GBP27,000 starting salary + progression
  • Working hours 09 00 Mon Thursday and 09 00 on Fridays

  • Term time holiday allowance
  • 25 days holiday + UK bank holidays
