Team Educate are currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring Qualified Nursery Practitioners to support early years settings across Birkenhead. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while making a real difference in young children's development.

The Role

  • Supporting children in their early years development (ages 0–5)
  • Assisting with daily nursery routines, including play, meals, and activities
  • Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
  • Working alongside staff to support children's learning through play
  • Supporting children with additional needs where required

The Ideal Candidate

  • Passionate about working with young children
  • Patient, caring, and reliable
  • Confident in a nursery or early years setting
  • Willing to learn and develop new skills
  • Previous experience in childcare is desirable, but not essential
