We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our early years education team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality care and education to children, supporting their developmental milestones through engaging activities and nurturing interactions. - Location: Bristol
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Salary: £16-£18 per hour

Duties:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning, creativity, and social development in line with the curriculum.
- Observe and assess individual children's progress, maintaining detailed records to inform planning and reporting.
- Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive environment that respects each child's unique needs and backgrounds.
- Support children's emotional well-being by providing consistent reassurance and positive interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support children's holistic development.
- Ensure health and safety policies are rigorously followed, including hygiene practices and risk assessments.
- Assist in the smooth daily operation of the nursery, including setting up activities, tidying spaces, and managing resources effectively.
Skills:
- Recognized Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and team members.
