Are you passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people? Do you have the leadership skills and experience to manage a nurturing, high-quality children’s home? Team Healthcare are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential children’s home in Gloucester, supporting children and young people aged 5–18 years with a range of emotional and behavioural needs.

About the Role:

  • Providing strong, positive leadership to the team and ensuring a safe, supportive, and caring environment for all young people.
  • Ensuring the home meets Ofsted standards and delivers outstanding care.
  • Managing day-to-day operations, staffing, budgets, and compliance.
  • Developing care plans that help every child achieve their full potential.
  • Building effective relationships with local authorities, families, and professionals.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare – required.
  • Proven experience managing or deputising in a children’s residential setting.
  • A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people.
