Team Healthcare are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential children’s home in Gloucester, supporting children and young people aged 5–18 years with a range of emotional and behavioural needs.
About the Role:
- Providing strong, positive leadership to the team and ensuring a safe, supportive, and caring environment for all young people.
- Ensuring the home meets Ofsted standards and delivers outstanding care.
- Managing day-to-day operations, staffing, budgets, and compliance.
- Developing care plans that help every child achieve their full potential.
- Building effective relationships with local authorities, families, and professionals.
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare – required.
- Proven experience managing or deputising in a children’s residential setting.
- A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
