Here at Team Educate, we support a wide range of Secondary schools in the Cardiff and South Wales area, providing them with short and long term supply staff. We are therefore seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and academic success. This role requires effective communication skills, a strong understanding of behaviour management, and the ability to educate students across various subjects.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Educate students in core subjects, while integrating special education strategies as needed.
- Employ effective behaviour management techniques to maintain a conducive classroom environment.
- Provide one-on-one tutoring and support to students requiring additional assistance, ensuring their academic growth.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise.
