We are always looking for Cover Supervisors to become a Team Educate representative and work closely in our partner schools. We can offer as much, or as little work as required, providing complete flexibility around your working days, schools you would like to work in and distance travelled. As well as this, we can offer guarantee work schemes for Cover Supervisors who are looking for part time – full time work. Cover supervisors is a great opportunity to explore different secondary schools, building rapport with students and staff while gaining valuable experience that enriches your career and is a gateway into teaching, without the need to hold QTS.
Duties of Cover Supervisors:
- To provide effective cover for our partner schools
- To be prompt and reliable
- To engage with a range of education professionals
- To have clear subject knowledge on subjects to be taught
- To provide effective classroom management and adhere to school policies where applicable
Experience required of Cover Supervisors:
- Experience working with children, in Secondary Schools
- Knowledge of special education practices and principles
- Ability to work effectively with children with complex learning and physical needs
- Strong communication skills to interact with teachers, parents, and students in monitoring progress
- Have an interest in a multitude of subjects.
The Role:
- Position: Flexible Cover Supervisor Work
- Duration: Full Time or Part Time hours
- Pay Rate: £115 – £140 per day
- Duration: Ongoing
