We’re currently recruiting a reliable and driven Warehouse Operative to join our team in the KT22 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their logistics or distribution career with a company committed to excellent service and team collaboration.
Salary: £13.00 – £19.50 per hour (DOE & overtime available)
Location: KT22
Shifts: Mon-Fri 07:30 - 17:00 with potential short-notice overtime
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve trade counter customers with product knowledge and professionalism
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and quickly
- Assist with stock control: daily checks and annual stock take
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Provide admin support and handle customer returns or queries
- Support call-outs and deliveries as needed (driving licence essential)
- Communicate effectively with the Branch Manager and sales team
- Ensure company property is respected and maintained
What We’re Looking For:
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative is desirable
- Forklift/Counterbalance licence preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to resolve customer issues
- Flexibility for overtime and weekend availability
- Willingness to undertake new training and tasks when needed
- Understanding of health & safety and GDPR responsibilities
