Team Creation is a leading iGaming company dedicated to delivering innovative and exciting gaming experiences to players worldwide. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join our London team, working across our global product portfolio. You will partner with Product, Operations, and Commercial teams to shape decisions through rigorous analysis — from feature performance and A/B experimentation to market expansion, to user behaviour across regions. We are looking for someone who is commercially sharp, technically strong, and can hold their own in a room of product managers and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product analytics — Define metrics for new and existing features. Design and analyse A/B tests end-to-end: hypothesis, sample sizing, statistical readout, and decision recommendation. Diagnose user behaviour, identify drop-off points, and surface opportunities the product team has not yet considered.
  • Operational and commercial analysis — Build the analytical backbone for business reviews: revenue drivers, retention, cohort performance, LTV, segmentation. Translate dashboard observations into actionable next steps for ops and commercial leads.
  • New market and new product line analysis — Lead the analytics for market entries and product launches: sizing the opportunity, defining success metrics pre-launch, monitoring post-launch performance, and identifying what to scale or kill.
  • Deep-dive investigations — Own ambiguous business questions end-to-end. Frame the problem, design the analysis, build the models, validate assumptions, and present a clear recommendation. You are expected to drive the analysis, not wait to be told what to query.
  • Stakeholder influence — Communicate findings to Product, Ops, and senior leadership with clarity and conviction. Push back when the data disagrees with the prevailing view, and earn trust through rigour.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of analytics experience in a consumer-facing product environment, with demonstrable impact on product and commercial outcomes.
  • Advanced SQL — comfortable writing performant queries against large, complex datasets; window functions, CTEs, query optimisation.
  • Strong Python — pandas, numpy, scipy, statsmodels (or equivalent); able to build analysis pipelines, not just notebooks.
  • Solid applied statistics — experimental design, hypothesis testing, sample sizing, multiple testing correction, regression, causal inference fundamentals. You know when a statistical method fits and, more importantly, when it does not.
  • Strong product sense — you understand how users interact with products, why features succeed or fail, and how to translate behavioural signals into product hypotheses. You think like a PM as much as an analyst.
  • Commercial thinking — you prioritise analysis by business impact, not data availability. You can articulate how your work moves revenue, retention, or growth.
  • Structured analytical thinking — you break ambiguous questions into structured problems, identify the right framework, and communicate the logic clearly. Frameworks such as AARRR, North Star, opportunity sizing, and driver trees should feel natural to you.
  • Exceptional communication — clear written and verbal English; able to influence non-technical audiences and challenge senior stakeholders with evidence.
  • Experience with at least one modern BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase).
  • Experience working with global or multi-region data — comfortable with timezone handling, currency normalisation, and cross-market comparisons.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required in addition to English, for collaboration with regional teams.

We Offer

  • Experience a dynamic and team-oriented work environment.
  • Opportunities for personal growth and learning.
  • An open, inclusive and supportive team where you will be valued, and your suggestions will be welcome.
  • 26 days paid holiday per year, in addition to local public holidays.
  • Risk Benefits such as pension, Life Assurance (4x annual salary), Private Medical Insurance.
