Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the office. This role is responsible for administrative management, office coordination, vendor and facility management, and providing operational support to employees and leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-minded, and capable of maintaining a productive and well-organized workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient, safe, and organized workplace.
  • Manage office administration activities, including supplies, equipment, facilities, and workspace organization.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, utilities, security, etc.) to ensure service quality and timely resolution of issues.
  • Handle office procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, invoice tracking, and contract coordination.
  • Monitor office budgets and maintain accurate administrative and operational records.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees, including workspace setup and office orientation.
  • Organize internal meetings, company events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and company policies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries and employee support.
  • Provide administrative assistance to management and cross-functional teams as required.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries for employees and management.
