Key Responsibilities

Test Planning and Strategy

  • Collaborate with the software development team to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Develop a testing strategy that aligns with the project's goals and objectives.

Test Execution and Evaluation

  • Execute both manual and automated test cases to identify bugs, defects, and regressions.
  • Perform thorough testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of the software.

Effort Estimation and Testing Environment Configuration

  • Work closely with project teams to estimate the testing efforts required for each project.
  • Configure and maintain the testing environment to facilitate accurate and efficient testing processes.

Issue Management and Ad-Hoc Tasks

  • Manage and prioritize open issues, defects, and bug reports, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Handle ad-hoc testing tasks to address emerging quality concerns and support the development process.
  • Required Skills

Minimum of 1 year of experience in software testing.

Fresh graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or other related fields are welcome to apply.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess and identify potential issues within software applications.
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • A team player with a strong commitment to achieving collective project goals.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese is a requirement, as it will facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders.
