We are seeking a skilled 3D Animator with 3–6 years of experience in creating high-quality visual effects (VFX), environmental animation, result effects, and 2D+3D hybrid effects to join our creative team in the iGaming industry. In this role, you will bring life and motion to casino games, slot visuals, and immersive environments using Blender and Unreal Engine. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver visually captivating, optimized animations that enhance player engagement and overall gameplay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, create, and animate 3D environments, objects, and effects for casino and slot games.
  • Develop visual effects (VFX) such as particle systems, lighting, explosions, transitions, and other real-time effects.
  • Produce environmental animations and result effects aligned with game themes and narratives.
  • Combine 2D and 3D effects to create seamless, dynamic visual experiences.
  • Collaborate with art directors and game designers to ensure creative consistency across all animations.
  • Integrate and optimize animations within Unreal Engine, ensuring smooth performance across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Revise and polish animations based on feedback, maintaining high artistic and technical standards.
  • Keep up to date with the latest animation, VFX, and Unreal Engine techniques relevant to iGaming and interactive media.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3–6 years of proven experience as a 3D Animator or VFX Artist in gaming, iGaming, or entertainment.
  • Proficiency in Blender and Unreal Engine (required).
  • Strong grasp of animation principles—motion, timing, weight, and anticipation.
  • Hands‑on experience in VFX creation, environmental animation, result effects, and 2D+3D visual integration.
  • Knowledge of rendering pipelines, rigging, and character animation workflows.
  • Experience optimizing 3D assets and effects for performance efficiency.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills in a fast‑paced production environment.
  • Portfolio or demo reel showcasing relevant 3D animation and VFX work (mandatory).

Candidates with 6+ years of experience may be considered for the Senior 3D Animator position.
