Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially aware and detail-oriented Senior Product Business Analyst to support the development and operational delivery of our i Gaming products.
This role will work closely with Designs, Technical, Studio & Operations teams to ensure new games, product features and live enhancements are delivered efficiently and meet both business and operational expectations.
You'll own the product lifecycle end-to-end, working closely with UI/UX Designers to ensure all player-facing assets, creative materials and in-game content meet product, brand and operational standards - from initial requirements through to QA and rollout.
As our gaming products are closely integrated with live studio operations and streaming environments, the role requires strong coordination with studio teams to ensure all game-related SOPs, operational workflows, tables, tools, props and visual presentation meet both product and operational expectations.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in i Gaming, live casino, gaming operations or digital product environments who is comfortable balancing analytical thinking, product coordination, creative review and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Feature Management
- Support the development of new gaming products and enhancement of existing product features
- Gather and document business and product requirements clearly for internal development teams
- Work closely with Designers, Developers and Studio teams throughout the product delivery lifecycle
- Ensure product requirements align with operational processes, player experience and business objectives
- Assist in feature planning, prioritisation and release coordination
- Conduct product analysis and provide recommendations to improve product performance and user experience
- Work closely with UI/UX Designers to communicate product and feature requirements clearly
- Review and provide feedback on game layouts, UI flows and overall player experience to ensure alignment with product requirements and operational standards
- Coordinate with design teams on promotional and in-game marketing materials, including banners, loading pages, lobby assets and promotional videos
- Ensure all creative assets are consistent with product objectives, branding guidelines and operational requirements
- Support end-to-end delivery by ensuring design outputs are approved and implemented accurately
- Produce product presentation materials and business documentation, including Power Point decks for Account Managers and stakeholders to explain new features, game mechanics, operational flows and product updates clearly and effectively
- QA & Product Validation
- Perform QA testing and validation for new games, features and product enhancements
- Ensure product functionality, workflows and user experience meet defined requirements and quality standards
- Identify, document and follow up on defects or operational issues
- Coordinate UAT processes with relevant stakeholders prior to release
- Support post-release monitoring and issue tracking where required
- Studio Operations Collaboration
- Work closely with Studio Operations teams to ensure all gaming-related SOPs, operational workflows and studio requirements are properly implemented
- Coordinate with studio teams regarding gaming tables, tools, props, interfaces and operational setups
- Ensure product and operational expectations are aligned before launch or rollout
- Collaborate closely with studio teams to align game presentation, table setup and visual elements with operational expectations
- Assist in improving studio operational efficiency and process consistency
- Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison between Product, Design, Studio, Development and Operations teams throughout the production lifecycle
- Ensure requirements, timelines and deliverables are clearly communicated across departments
- Present product requirements, issues and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth delivery and operational readiness
- Business & Operational Analysis
- Analyse product and operational performance to identify trends, issues and improvement opportunities
- Support reporting, documentation and operational tracking processes
- Assist with competitor and market analysis within the i Gaming industry
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- Help maintain clear documentation for operational procedures and product requirements
Requirements
Essential
- 5+ years' experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Operations or a related role
- Experience within i Gaming, live casino, gaming operations or digital product environments
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and operational delivery processes
- Strong experience producing product documentation and functional requirement specifications
- Hands-on experience with QA testing and validation processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively across Product, Studio, Design and Technical teams
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Desirable
- Experience working with live streaming or live casino studio environments
- Understanding of studio operations, gaming tables and live gaming workflows
- Experience reviewing UI/UX designs, game layouts or promotional creative assets
- Familiarity with creative production workflows and marketing asset approval processes
- Understanding of player-facing design considerations within i Gaming or live gaming environments
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Experience using Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools
- Knowledge of i Gaming compliance or operational procedures
- Analytical skills with experience using reporting or BI tools
