Our Client is in the process of trying to locate candidates for a series of business critical activities which require amendments to our existing platforms, and the creation of new. They have a mix of work which is either Delphi or C# based on our existing platforms initially.
Our Client is looking for three development resources located either in Bootle Liverpool, or in Sutton Surrey, to help address their backlog and to start greenfield development of core multi-channel systems. The .Net stack is: SQL Server 2008R2, C#, WPF, ASP.Net, LINQ with integration to third parties. The two core platforms which they are intending to amend at first and then schedule a re-write are written in Delphi. This is a priority for our client as bugs and feature enhancements will massively improve efficiencies in the company.
Candidates should have the ability to innovate, discuss and interact with the team and the business owners directly. Our Client does not have project managers, testers or business analysts in the company, and thus these skills need to be exhibited by the resources. The most important of these is solution generation and business interaction. Without these, the Candidate will find it very difficult to be productive or fit in.
