We’re looking for a brilliant content‑focused marketer to join our busy, high‑performing team! If you love turning complex ideas into compelling stories, pushing the boundaries of marketing and enjoy building strong working relationships across marketing and technical teams, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll play a key part in driving the high‑quality content we’re known for, from thought leadership to event materials, PR, blogs, awards, and more.
We’re looking for someone with solid experience creating content in a B2B environment in a similar organisation, who’s confident in driving content outputs and partnering closely with colleagues to bring out their best thinking. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and be fully supported by a collaborative team that’s passionate about delivering industry‑leading content.

Key responsibilities include:
- Content creation & delivery: Drive fast, high‑quality content creation, sourcing inputs, shaping messages, editing and publishing with strong visuals. Choose the right channel for the message being delivered whether that’s video, external publications or website posts – each piece should be engaging and market leading. Support commercial needs by proactively managing the content pipeline and following up with consultants. Track performance and use insights to guide future topics.
- Visual & video assets: Create compelling visuals to deliver Team’s marketing whether that’s filming, editing and publishing videos, sourcing visuals to support an idea or working with our graphic designer to create visuals that help convey the story.
- Market & competitor insight: Stay sharp on industry trends, competitor content, and emerging themes. Suggest timely, relevant content ideas that keep us ahead – we lead the pack with our marketing, and we want you to push new ideas.
- Content amplification: Find where our clients source information and ensure our content is front and centre. Maximise third party websites, partner platforms and industry channels to engage our market. Work with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to identify the top‑performing content formats and explore opportunities to drive better engagement, whether from SEO/GEO optimisations or through new and better content approaches. Ensure every piece gets the visibility it deserves.
- Events: Spot great speaking opportunities and trend‑driving topics for our consultants. Coordinate event assets, including stand materials, posters and videos - ensuring everything is polished and on message.
- Awards: Recommend strong award opportunities and lead on crafting standout submissions, from video to written copy and visuals. Manage input from consultants and clients and support follow ups to meet deadlines.
- PR: Create and publish clear, engaging PR content and announcements to promote Team’s business, industry collaborations and expertise.
- Key account support: Ensure our content is shared with target clients who would benefit from it most. Refresh and repurpose existing content (posters, decks, blogs) to support key accounts with high quality, relevant materials.
- Major projects: Take ownership of large‑scale marketing projects such as milestone celebrations and multichannel campaigns.
Qualifications & skills:
- Exceptional proofreading and editorial skills, with the confidence to create content on behalf of our consultants.
- Strong experience across the marketing mix, particularly content creation, copywriting and visual storytelling, including video.
- A sharp design eye, ensuring high standards and the ability to brief designers with clarity.
- Proven ability to independently drive and coordinate significant marketing initiatives, keeping multiple projects on track and managing input from multiple stakeholders.
- Confident working with technical experts, using strong verbal and written communication and relationship‑building skills to extract, shape and refine high quality content.
- A passion for creating engaging, high impact content that reflects our ambition to lead the industry.
- Significant B2B marketing experience, ideally within life sciences, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or related sectors.
- Ability to repurpose and adapt content across multiple formats and channels.
- A good degree (2.1 or above), from a well‑respected university, or equivalent experience.
- CIM Advanced Certificate or Diploma.
- Experience working in a consultancy or product development organisation.
- Open to giving and receiving feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Interested in the latest marketing trends, readily shares ideas.
- Enthusiastic with a positive outlook and solutions focus.
- Highly organised, proactive and methodical.
