We are a healthcare provider that specialises in personalised care for people with brain injuries. We are looking for someone new to join our recruitment department at our Southampton office. The ideal candidate must have previous experience of the care industry, preferably having worked in the past as a healthcare assistant or support worker, who may want to progress in the industry working in an office environment.

The office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, finishing at 5pm on Fridays. The salary ranges from £18,000 to £20,000 depending on experience. We offer all our staff a free enhanced DBS check, 25 days of paid annual holiday, and a pension scheme. We are a very receptive team with an open-door policy, and our aim is to ensure that you feel safe and happy doing your job.

Responsibilities

As part of your job you will help the recruitment team in the personnel selection process, identifying the care strengths in new applicants. You will conduct interviews as well as pre-screening and selecting CVs, matching the applications to the clients’ needs. You will need to ensure the compliance of staff files in line with the current legislation, keeping confidentiality and keeping records accurately. You must have excellent communication skills to keep in touch with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process via email or phone. You will also contribute to the management of our job boards, signing candidates for training and helping with company publicity campaigns. Because some of the interviews may take place outside of the office, all successful candidates must hold a full clean driving licence.
