We are a healthcare provider that specialises in personalised care for people with brain injuries. We are looking for additional Support Workers in the Frimley area. If you are reliable, empathetic, patient and have good communication skills we want to hear from you.

Shifts and Pay

  • Shifts are available Mondays and Tuesdays from 7:45 am to 8:45 pm.
  • The rate of pay starts from £9.37 per hour.
  • We also pay for your mileage (to, from and during shift), and any personal protection equipment you may need.

Client

You will be supporting a lady who lives with her family in the area of Frimley. You will help her with daily activities, support her, and ensure her safety while out in the community. Her recovery has been good but she still needs support with her rehabilitation, so you will assist with her therapies on a daily basis and help her undertake new activities and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the client with daily living activities and mobility support.
  • Help the client attend and participate in rehabilitation therapies.
  • Encourage the client to develop new skills and increase confidence in social life.
  • Maintain accurate records of support provided.
  • Collaborate with the team and report any changes in the client’s condition.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Reliable and proactive with a strong commitment to personalised care.
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills.
  • Ability to drive – required due to client’s mobility restrictions.
  • Willingness to undertake paid training and achieve a Care Certificate.
