An established and growing Building Management Systems (BMS) specialist is looking to recruit 1-2 experienced BMS Commissioning Engineers to join its expanding team. Working across a varied portfolio of commercial projects, you'll be responsible for commissioning Trend BMS systems on projects ranging in value from £20,000 to £450,000. The majority of work is located across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and High Wycombe, with only occasional projects in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business delivering high-quality commercial projects, including prestigious contracts within the motorsport sector, such as Silverstone and Formula 1 facilities.
The Role- Commissioning Trend BMS systems on commercial projects.
- Working across multiple project sites throughout the region.
- Carrying out testing, fault finding and system optimisation.
- Liaising with project teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Supporting projects from commissioning through to handover.
- Proven experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer.
- Strong knowledge and commissioning experience with Trend BMS systems.
- Ability to work independently across multiple projects.
- Excellent fault-finding and commissioning skills.
- Experience with Trend software writing would be a significant advantage but is not essential.
- Basic salary from £70,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
