The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join an established and growing organisation, delivering a range of mechanical projects across Essex and the wider Home Counties.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical projects from initial handover through to successful completion.
- Take overall responsibility for project delivery, programme, budget and quantity.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.
- Manage project programmes and ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project costs, variations and commercial performance.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractors and project resources.
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering mechanical projects.
- Strong mechanical building services experience.
- Proven experience managing projects from start to finish.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- A professional approach with the confidence to communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
