Semi-Static BMS Service Engineer – Central London
An established and growing Building Management Systems specialist is seeking an experienced Semi-Static BMS Service Engineer to join its London service team.

The Role
This is a varied position combining the stability of a resident site with the diversity of mobile service work.
- 3–4 days per week based at a prestigious Central London site.
- 1–2 days per week carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across London.
- Service, maintenance and fault finding on Trend BMS systems.
- Diagnose and resolve control system faults efficiently.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive call‑outs.
- Produce clear service reports and communicate effectively with clients.
- Participate in a 1 in 6 out-of-hours call-out rota.
Requirements
- Proven experience servicing and maintaining Trend BMS systems.
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good understanding of HVAC plant and controls.
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
