A fantastic opportunity has just presented itself for a Service Manager to join a well-established BMS Controls Company.
In this role, you will deliver outstanding service through continuous development and maintenance of effective processes and procedures achieving efficiency, meeting and improving KPI’s and profit margins. While the role will be office based, travel will be required within London.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate complex service delivery for multi-site contracts within the service maintenance contracts
- Management and delivery of WIP & Forecast reports
- Lead and unite multidisciplinary teams to ensure a robust service is offered to customers
- Service Desk management
- Data management and negotiating maintenance renewals
- Quotations for remedial works
- Invoicing
- Health & Safety ISO procedures and compliance Audits
- Scheduling Engineers
- Conduct surveys on sites
What we are looking for:
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems
- Experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in the BMS sector would be most ideal
