BMS Service Engineer – London – £70,000 An amazing opportunity has presented itself with one of our key clients for a seasoned BMS Service Engineer to join a global BMS Controls company. About the company The company has by far the largest portfolio of building technology, software and services. The BMS Service Engineer position In this role, you will carry out routine BMS service works on a variety of sites, respond to callouts and undertake a variety of small works projects associated with the maintenance of client sites. Responsibilities: Service Visits: Carry out routine BMS service visits. Callouts: Respond to BMS callouts. Support: Assist the maintenance operations team with customer queries. On-Site Tasks: Review site fault tracker and complete minor tasks where possible. Reporting: Prepare clear and accurate reports during site visits, including any recommended improvements. Small Projects: Execute BMS-related small works projects. Client Interaction: Attend client meetings and maintain regular communication as required. Key Requirements Tridium AX & N4 Experience prefered but open to ther BMS system experience Knowledge: In-depth understanding of system controls and operation strategies for the above systems (2 out of 4 is essential). Technical Skills: Experience with MCC panels and ability to understand control panel wiring diagrams. Proficiency with Trend networking (current LAN, Ethernet, BACnet, and LonWorks). Experience with supervisors like Trend 963 and/or IQvision software. Understanding of mechanical plant operation and control. Understanding of electrical systems. Customer Service: Act as the face of the company. Full UK Driving License and no criminal record. Commercial Experience: Experience in environments like hospitals, office blocks, banks, MoD, Police, Home Office. Salary package Competitive salary circa £70,000, depending on experience Company car or car allowance circa £6000 per annum.
