Job Description
BMS Service Engineer – London – £70,000\\n\\nAn amazing opportunity has presented itself with one of our key clients for a seasoned BMS Service Engineer to join a global BMS Controls company.\\n\\nAbout the company\\n\\nThe company has by far the largest portfolio of building technology, software and services.\\n\\nThe BMS Service Engineer position\\n\\nIn this role, you will carry out routine BMS service works on a variety of sites, respond to callouts and undertake a variety of small works projects associated with the maintenance of client sites. \\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\nService Visits: Carry out routine BMS service visits.\\nCallouts: Respond to BMS callouts.\\nSupport: Assist the maintenance operations team with customer queries.\\nOn-Site Tasks: Review site fault tracker and complete minor tasks where possible.\\nReporting: Prepare clear and accurate reports during site visits, including any recommended improvements.\\nSmall Projects: Execute BMS-related small works projects.\\nClient Interaction: Attend client meetings and maintain regular communication as required.\\nKey Requirements\\n\\nTridium AX & N4 Experience prefered but open to ther BMS system experience\\nKnowledge: In-depth understanding of system controls and operation strategies for the above systems (2 out of 4 is essential).\\nTechnical Skills:\\n\\nExperience with MCC panels and ability to understand control panel wiring diagrams.\\nProficiency with Trend networking (current LAN, Ethernet, BACnet, and LonWorks).\\nExperience with supervisors like Trend 963 and/or IQvision software.\\nUnderstanding of mechanical plant operation and control.\\nUnderstanding of electrical systems.\\nCustomer Service: Act as the face of the company.\\nFull UK Driving License and no criminal record.\\nCommercial Experience: Experience in environments like hospitals, office blocks, banks, MoD, Police, Home Office.\\n\\nSalary package\\n\\nCompetitive salary circa £70,000, depending on experience\\nCompany car or car allowance circa £6000 per annum.\\nPaid holidays and sick pay\\nFabulous benefits package, pension, life assurance, employee assistance program, employee referral scheme, employee discounts on high street brands\\nCareer development opportunities\\nInterview Process\\n\\nStage 1: Initial interview on Teams\\n\\nStage 2: In-person interview at their offices \\n\\nPerson Profile\\n\\nTo be successful in this role you will provide service support to the internal teams.
